Carley G. Millian

Carley Millian received her juris doctorate from UCLA School of Law, where she focused her studies on employment law and litigation. Ms. Millian volunteered for the Re-Entry Legal Clinic helping individuals expunge past criminal records. Ms. Millian also was a student mentor and an admissions ambassador at UCLA. Throughout her law school career, Ms. Millian worked for three different employment law firms, including Barritt Smith LLP. In her second year of law school, Ms. Millian completed an externship at the Orange County District Attorney's Office in the homicide unit. Ms. Millian also spent a summer as a legal research intern at the Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana. At the court, she drafted bench memoranda for four civil judges. Before law school Ms. Millian worked as an assistant to a trust and estate-planning attorney, who inspired her to go to law school.

Ms. Millian received her B.A. from Colby College in Waterville, ME where she graduated summa cum laude and majored in Sociology, with a minor in Education. Ms. Millian spent a semester abroad studying at the Universidad de Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain.

Ms. Millian is a current member of the Orange County Bar Association and serves as a Co-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Community Outreach Committee.

In her free time Ms. Millian enjoys spending time with her husband and their new dog (her dad is a retired veterinarian, so that helps), traveling and SCUBA diving. Ms. Millian's mother met her father when she brought a sick dog in for treatment and he was the vet!
