Employment Litigation Paralegal / Client Relations
Carie has years of experience working with our potential clients and clients. The breadth of knowledge Carie has gained regarding what facts make or break a legal claim allows her to effectively conduct fact investigations. Carie carefully gathers important information at the outset of client representation, throughout any pre-litigation discussions, and, ultimately, through the conclusion of litigated disputes. Our attorneys rely on Carie’s experience and ability to ask the right questions, obtain substantive and truthful answers, and discover, analyze and preserve vital documentary evidence.
Carie effectively assists in representing clients in mediation, including participating in negotiation strategy, conducting damages analyses, educating clients before and during mediation, and arguing and persuading mediators to see our clients’ positions on important legal/factual issues throughout long mediation days.
Our clients universally enjoy dealing with Carie. She shows true compassion and understanding for their situations, and patiently assists them in understanding the substantive and procedural aspects of our representation.
Carie is an avid reader—completing several books a month. She also enjoys attending her sons' sporting events, live music, and hiking.
Carie received a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University.
